Covid-19

In order to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19 we follow establish CDC guidelines.

Deliveries

Unfortunately, due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances we cannot guarantee a delivery time.  The time you allocate for delivery is only a rough estimate, it helps us organize our deliveries.  If you have any special requirements please put it in the notes or contact us at (305) 904-3525.

For deliveries you must indicate the exact address with postal code, house or apartment number, name of the urbanization, and gate number or code to gain access. If you have any special requirements please put it in the notes or contact us at (305) 904-3525. If wrong delivery address is provided there will be an additional charge for delivery.

We always take photos and videos of the arrangements before and after delivery, to ensure that the product was delivered in good condition.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order right after delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If damaged please take a picture right away in order for us to evaluate the issue and take the corresponding action.

After installation or delivery, we will take pictures of the decoration / arrangement. We are NOT responsible for damages that occur after that. Balloons do not mix well with extreme temperatures, that being extremely hot or extremely cold. We use techniques for exterior installations in order to best protect the decoration, however, because we live in such a hot and humid location, we cannot guarantee that the product will last.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING NOTES CAREFULLY.

* If the balloons are placed directly under the sun, the latex or metallic material can expand and explode! We are not responsible for this. We use the best quality balloons for your type of decoration / arrangement. 

* Please take into consideration that when helium balloons are placed directly in front of an air conditioning duct, the gas particles are compressed and the balloons deflates automatically. This is a natural process of the gas. Avoid placing arrangement directly below or in front of the AC duct.

* Helium gas is not flammable; we only use certified helium gas from a certified provider.

* Do not leave arrangements in the car as the heat can cause them to pop. 

* After the decoration is installed moving them from one place to another is your responsibility.

* Helium latex balloons last anywhere from 10 to 48 hours, micro foil balloons last from 3 to 12 day, depending on temperature conditions and care.

* If the person receiving the arrangement is allergic to latex, do not order, instead contact us to see if we can use alternative materials. Contact us at (305) 904-3525 or balloonsbydanny@hotmail.com

* When the balloons deflate or explode, they must be discarded right away. Keep waste away from children and pets. SERIOUS CHOKING HAZARD

* We may share photos of the decorations or arrangements to our social media or website. If you do not wish for us to do so please let us know right away. We promise not to publish the customer, however, we sustain the right to publish our work.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling the delivery is subject to availability. To re-schedule a new date, please contact us at balloonsbydanny@hotmail.com or (305) 904-3525.

Refunds

In case of cancellation of the services, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
